Perfect Yeast Doughnuts
Who can resist perfect, soft and fluffy doughnuts?

Recipe
Flour 1kg
Butter 100grms
Sugar 150grms
Egg 1Large
Milk 2tablespoon
Yeast 1½ tablespoon
Water 1 measuring cup
Nutmeg 1 teaspoon

Method
1. Mix all ur measuring dry ingredients in a bowl
2. Add Egg and water. Then take it to your working table and knead it for 40mins or until is fluffy.
3. Mould it in round or ball shape into ur tray and leave it for some minutes to rise depending on the room temperature. You can deep fry it with a low heat cooker or stove
