The next day Sam went to knock on Kenny's door, and Chidinma opened the door. She had come back to the lodge the previous night. 

"Oh!" Sam said surprised to see her, 

"Good morning," Chidinma greeted, 

"Oh! Sorry, good morning," Sam answered  "Ehm... Is my sister in?"

"Yes," She answered, "Kenny! Sam wants to see you," Chichi called.

Kenny laid down and pretended as if she was sleeping, Chidinma was confused, Sam saw Kenny,

"Don't worry Chichi, I'll come back to check on her later, Thank you," Sam turned to leave.

"Okay, Ehm... Sam," Chichi called, Sam turned back,

"I'm sorry," She whispered, they had been at loggerheads since the issue of Frank and Kenny came up. Sam nodded.

"It's fine," He answered, "I'm sorry too," 

"Can I see you?" She asked 

"Now?" He asked,

"Yes,"

"Okay,"

They went to sit on the long bench on the balcony, 

"I'm listening," He said, 

"Sam, I went back home three days ago, She started, 

"Yeah, I was surprised to see you when I knocked on the door," 

"I came back very late last night, everyone had gone to bed," 

"Oh! Okay" 

"Sam," She called,

"Yes," 

"I met Juliet in my matrimonial home," 

"What?!" Sam exclaimed, he quickly covered his mouth,

"Yes, Sam, my home is gone, my husband wants a divorce," She said,

"Did he beat you?" Sam asked, just seeing the red mark on her skin, She looked down.

"Oh! This is not ordinary, a man that threw a birthday party for you just last week"

"It's not o Sam, it's not ordinary, If you see the way my husband was pampering Juliet, Sam please help me, I want my home back, I want my husband back, please," She said.

"And I warned you severally about this girl," Sam said,

"I'm sorry,"

"I remember I called you on three occasions but you wouldn't listen," Chichi bowed her head, 

"Chichi

"Yes,"

"Before all these started, I told you to pray"

"I prayed, Sam I prayed," She said

"You didn't pray, Chichi you did not pray. The Bible says if you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is little. The enemy that's fighting you is stronger than you, that's why you couldn't overcome. You should know how to pray as a Christian wife and mother because you're the keeper of your home, Chichi, you are not using the power God gave you as the keeper of that home, so it was very easy for external forces to go. Well, what has happened as happened, what we'll do now is look for a solution." He paused

"Chichi, every believer has a trying time this is your own trying time and the only way you can overcome this is through prayer, You have to pray to get your home back, Juliet used both physical and spiritual means to snatch your husband, so this is not a physical battle, it's a spiritual warfare. You have to pray an aggressive prayer and that's if you're ready." He said,

"I'm ready Sam, I'm ready, but I have a problem, I don't know how to do a personal prayer for long, and my husband is just a Sunday church goer, he doesn't know God. When I wake him up for morning devotion, I spend most of the time waking him from dozing, so I need a prayer partner," She answered.

"That's not a problem, I will join you and if you don't mind, I will call Joseph and others to join us, that's if you don't mind," He said

"I don't mind, please call them, It's no longer a secret, everyone already knows, I believe in the prayer of the righteous," She said 

"Alright, dear. Job 20:5 says - That the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite is but for a moment. 

Juliet's laughter is for a very short while, You will laugh last, everything will come back to its original place, it's going to be fine," Sam smiled.

"Thank you," Chidinma whispered.

The corpers were in the sitting room playing Whot game, when they heard a knock.

"Who is there?" Sarah asked, No response,

"No one is there," Joseph answered,

"I also heard the knock," Tola countered 

The knock came again, 

"Who's there now?" Sarah asked again, this time louder, no response.

"I think it's Richard, you know that's how he jokes," Winifred said, 

"Richard come in now, wetin happen?" Peter said,

Just then the door gave way and five men came in, each of them was carrying a gun. The corpers froze, some of them bowed down immediately, 

"No one asked you to bow down, sit back one of the men who looked like the boss said, they didn't answer,

"Una dey mad? You know hear say  make you sit down?" Another man shouted, and they all sat down immediately.

"Good." The first man said, "How are you doing?" He asked, no answer.

"Are you deaf?" The second man came again, 

"Fine sir," They all chorus with trembling voices, 

"Let's go into today's business," He started, "Who is Tola?"

The corpers looked at one another,

"I won't repeat this question," The boss said calmly,

Tola stood up slowly, The boss opened his phone then he looked from the phone to Tola. He nodded.

One of the men went to Tola,

"Move!" He ordered,

They went to a car packed outside, tied her face and drove off.
