EPISODE 40 (Not edited)

It was on a Saturday afternoon, Juliet and Winifred were in the sitting room each pressing their phone quietly when they heard a knock.

"Who is there?" Winifred 

"It's me," A male voice answered.

"You who?" Winifred asked and Juliet laughed.

Winifred went to open the door and saw a young man outside.

"Good afternoon ma'am," He greeted

"Good afternoon sir, How may I help you?"

"I'm Frank, I want to see Kenny," He answered.

"Oh! You are Kenny's Frank!" Winifred gasped.

Juliet rushed to the door, 
"You're welcome sir," Juliet smiled.

"Thank you, ma'am," Frank smiled back.

"You can come in," Winifred opened the door wider for him to come in.

"Thank you,"

"Have your seat," Winifred said pointing at a chair, then she rushed to Kenny's room to call her.

"Kenny, Frank is here," 

"Frank?"

"Yeah, he's in the sitting room,"

"That's not true," Kenny said rushing to the sitting room.

"Really!" She exclaimed on seeing Frank.

"He's cute," Winifred whispered to Kenny and rushed to her room before Kenny could say 'Thank you

 Juliet also went to her room slowly, smiling as she went.

"Hi dear," Frank said, smiling at Kenny.

"You didn't tell me you were coming," 

"I just wanted to surprise you," he smiled.  Kenny stood on the spot watching him not knowing what to do.

"You're not happy to see me?" He asked,

"I'm, I'm sorry," She stuttered as she moved closer. "What do I offer you?"

"Nothing, I'm filled up,"

"Let me get you a soft drink,"

"No dear, don't bother, I'm good. I just missed you, so I said I should come see your beautiful face," He smiled,

"You're beautiful in and out," 

"Thank you," 

"I love you, baby," He whispered,

"I love you too dear," She smiled,

Frank sat up and looked into her eyes, then held her two hands and squeezed them gently, then moved closer and tried to kiss her when she didn't object, he took it as a yes and locked his lips with hers.

They kissed passionately as Frank's hand ran through her body. They were already lost in their own world when someone entered, it was Tola!

Kenny quickly disengaged from the kiss, she hid her face from Tola, she was ashamed.

Tola didn't look at them twice, she went to her room and locked the door from behind.

Chichi called Anabel to tell her what happened.

"He said he's not more interested, he wants a divorce," She cried.

"What?! Alex said that?!" Anabel asked confused "What happened overnight? We were just rejoicing  with you people yesterday,"

"He saw a chat on my phone, I don't know anything about the chat, I don't know how it got there, God sees my heart, I'm innocent," She said.

"Chichi calm down, I'll talk to him, Why will he take such a decision, Calm down Please," Anabelle assured her.

"Okay thanks, Annie, thank you,"

"Alright dear, wipe your tears, okay?"

"Thank you,"

"You have to go now, Kenny told Frank.

"Why?" Frank asked surprised.

"Just go please!" Kenny answered trying not to shout, she couldn't look up at his face.

"I'm sorry dear,"

"It's fine, just leave now, please," 

"Okay dear, I'll call you," Frank said and left.

Kenny walked to Tola's room, She knocked, and Tola opened the door.

"Hi, Kenny," she smiled at her as if nothing happened

"Tola," Kenny called,

"Yes," Tola answered

"I want to see you,"

"Okay, come in," Tola ushered Kenny into her room and they sat on the bed.

"I'm listening,"

"I'm sorry for what happened the other time," Kenny started.

"What's that? Tola asked feigning ignorance.

"Like," she scratched her neck, "I... I mean... Ehm... The position you met us... Me and Frank the other time," she stuttered

"What position?" Tola asked again,

"Tola now, I'm sorry, it was a mistake, I didn't know what entered me," 

"But why are you telling me this? It's not my lips he was kissing, it's yours, and  you were happy doing it, it's your life not mine, so what's my own?" Tola said harshly,

Kenny bowed her head in shame, "I'm sorry,"

"Kenny, I thought you knew better, and I know you know the truth, you just decided not to heed to it. Courting couples are not meant to kiss, kissing is for married people." She paused

"Kenny," She called

"Yes,"

"Let me ask you a question,"

"Okay,"

"When he was kissing you, where were his hands?"  Kenny didn't answer.

"Was his hands on his back? Was he not touching something? Was he not folding something?" She paused again.

"Kenny I met his hands on your breast when I came in, if I did not enter at that time, I don't know what would have happened, and anyone could have entered, imagine if it was one of the guys or even Sam your brother, hell would have let loosed, it would have led to a big fight because I know Sam would not take it easy with Frank," She paused again

"Kenny, remember I told you you and Frank are not meant for each other and I remember Sam saying the same thing. God is not an author of confusion, he has sent two people to you already, and I don't know what you're seeing in that guy that's making you think he is good for you.

Why am I thinking you are just desperate, you are thinking of your age, your mates are married with kids, and you are thinking if you lose him you would not get another man.

Kenny calm down Don't be desperate, God is preparing your husband, Don't be in a hurry, please." She paused and looked at her for some time.

"Kenny," She called again,

"Yes,"

"Please look at me, I want to tell you something as a sister,"

Kenny looked at her,

"Kenny, please I want you to do me a favour, will you do it?'

"Yes, I will,"

"Please pick up your phone, call Frank and tell him it's over," Tola said.

 Kenny looked up at Tola sharply, she stared at her for some time, Tola also looked at her to see what she would do, and they both maintained eye contact for a long time.

Suddenly, Kenny stood up,
"I'm sorry, I can't, I love Frank," She said and left the room.
